Assemble registrations, renewals, recordations, terminations and cancellations where maintained, then construct only supportable recorded relationships.

Repeated traces can reuse normalized state while preserving the original evidence observation time and avoiding fake corpus changes.
Response semantics
The paid result is trace-public-rights.v1. Bounded statuses include recorded_lineage_found, partial_recorded_lineage, ambiguous_work_identity, no_match_within_search_scope, and insufficient_public_evidence. None means legal ownership or clear title.
